ApiLux provides an AI assistant chat service, billed based on actual usage (tokens per request), deducted incrementally from your prepaid credit balance.

2. User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account with others.

3. Top-ups and credit usage

• Credit you've added is used to pay for AI requests according to the public pricing page.
• Prices may change over time, applying to requests made after the change takes effect.
• Credit does not expire unless otherwise announced.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use the service to generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, harassing, or that infringes on third-party intellectual property. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

5. Limitation of liability

AI-generated content is for reference only and is not guaranteed to be fully accurate. We are not liable for damages arising from the use of AI-generated content.

6. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
